NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF ELECTION and CERTIFIED STATEMENT OF RESULTS

SUMMIT FIRE & EMS FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, and, particularly, to the electors of the Summit Fire & EMS Fire Protection District of Summit County, State of Colorado.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at the close of business on the sixty-third day before the election, there were not more candidates for director than offices to be filled, including candidates filling affidavits of intent to be write-in candidates; therefore, the election to be held on May 6, 2025, is hereby canceled pursuant to section 1-13.5-513(6) C.R.S.

The following three candidates are hereby declared elected:

• Joe Ben Slivka for a 4-year term until May 2029
• Dan Johnson for a 4- year term until May 2029
• Chuck Tolton for a 2-year term until May 2027
