2025 Feb 28 update

Partially renovated kitchen with wood cabinets, countertop, large window, and an unfinished floor and ceiling.
Kitchen mill work looking very stylish!

Since last report, the team at Hyder Construction building our new fire station in Silverthorne have: sealed the concrete floors, set millwork, hung the stairwell tower doors, finished paint on the ground level south side, finished the garage epoxy cove base (protecting the bottom of the walls where they join the floor), completed overhead door controls and many more miscellaneous activities that bring us closer to the finish line!

This week they started building sealants and began setting gas regulators for equipment. With many activities still ongoing from prior weeks, they reported they are well on their way to finishing up the building by the end of March!
