The team with Hyder Construction that is building our new fire station in Silverthorne took advantage of dry weather and reported great progress last week with installing the roof panels and soffits, giving the building a more-complete look on the exterior. On the interior, the crews are set to install drywall this week after finishing up plumbing rough-in and insulation, electrical rough-in, mechanical rough-in, and backing/blocking. They also took the first round of 360-degree camera photos using DroneDeploy software that will let SFE look around a space in case we ever want to know what is behind a wall or simply have a look around.
